know if we will be successful, but no matter what happens I know

me to produce documents and records is no easy task. Fortunately
for me, you are a master at gentle persistent nagging.

I just thought that everyone should know that Rae is extremely
pleased with our service, knowledge, and our ability to solve her
issues of un-filed returns and deal with the IRS and the FTB so
quickly and efficiently. She was speechless when I gave her the
results of her returns, as she was anticipating a much larger tax
liability. I just thought that everyone should see the “Rae” of
sunshine that occasionally heads our way. (Yes, the pun was intended).

I can’t believe I waited this long….
Michelle and I started going through our QuickBooks journals
for hearing your comments on our past returns. We found that many
of the expenses were not classified properly by our ex-accountant.
I didn’t keep on top of it so I claim responsibility for it. We
have gone through the entire year and have reprinted the financials
for the company. The profit is much higher now.
I hope your staff has not already put our return together. If
there is any rework, I will be glad to compensate you appropriately.
I will drop the new financials off with the FPA and the check
tomorrow.
